Small group coaching
Perfect for mums, peri/menopausal women, and older adults, these sessions offer a supportive environment within a group of likeminded individuals. Benefit from shared experiences and collective motivation as you build strength and confidence together.
One to one (private) coaching
Receive fully individualised attention and a programme meticulously crafted for your specific goals, pace, and needs. Our private sessions are available for anyone, including children over the age of 9, seeking dedicated and personalised strength training.
One to two (semi-private) coaching
Ideal for those who thrive with a partner or friend, our semi-private sessions provide focused coaching for two individuals. Excellent for anyone, including children over the age of 9, seeking a balance of personal attention and a shared, motivating experience.
